Step 01
Connect data sources
Sign in with Google or email OTP (invited users). Authorize read-only scopes for Search Console, Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager. Optionally connect Meta Ads, Bing Webmaster, Clarity, CRM/ESP paths (HubSpot, Shopify, Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and project tools (Asana, ClickUp).
- Create one site workspace per domain or client property
- Re-authorize if Ads or GTM scopes were added after first login
- Add your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini key under Integrations when you want AI briefs
- Email OTP users can link Google later under Settings to unlock Google APIs
Step 02
Sync & review insights
Run Sync now from the dashboard. Conversion Console caches metrics and runs insight recipes — cannibalization, intent leaks, striking distance, GTM hygiene — using pure math on synced data. Charts default to last 30 days vs the previous 30.
- Start with GSC + GA4; add Ads/Meta when you want paid overlap
- Missing sources hide related alerts — nothing breaks
- Check /api/health if the database or auth looks unhealthy
Step 03
Strategy chat across channels
Ask questions that span SEO, AIO, CRO, and paid. Answers stay grounded in the same workspace metrics as your dashboards — not a siloed copilot with no spend context.
- Built-in insight recipes do not require an LLM key
- BYO keys bill to your provider account
- Use chat to turn findings into SEO, media, CRO, and email briefs
Step 04
Weekly operating ritual
Treat Conversion Console as the weekly source of truth: sync → triage opportunities → assign owners in Asana/ClickUp → ship SEO/CRO/paid/email changes → re-sync to measure. CRM and ESP connectors keep conversion tracking and nurture aligned.
- Monday: sync and scan severity (30 vs prior 30)
- Mid-week: brief owners, push tickets, ship tests / emails
- Friday: confirm movement on money pages
